Ingredients needed for paneer dosa
- Paneer : Paneer is the most important ingredient in this dosa and paneer tastes better when it is minced or shredded for this dosa.

- Coriander: Coriander helps to improve the taste and adds aroma to the dosa.
- Cumin and mustard seeds: Cumin and mustard seeds are known to have health benefits and they are commonly added to any indian dish.
- Curry leaves: Curry leaves are known to have various health benefits, but we don’t consume it in a raw manner because of its taste. So, adding them to these kinds of dishes can help us including young children to consume these leaves.

How to make paneer dosa
Materials
- 1 big sized onion
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 150 gm paneer
- 2 big sized chillies
- 1 teaspoon mustard and cumin seeds
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 12 curry leaves
Instructions
- Take a frying pan and add some oil. Next add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped chillies and curry leaves. Cook it in low flame for 2 minutes.
- Then add finely chopped onions. Cook it in medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Next, add two finely chopped tomatoes. Cook it in medium flame and then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.You can add more salt based on your preference.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder as well. Cook it well. You can finally add some coriander leaves as a topping.
- After it is well cooked, you can add the mashed paneer into the frying pan and mix it.
- Add 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 tablespoon of chilli powder and some pepper if you want. You can add more or less salt and chilli powder based on your preference.
- Mix it well in low flame for 2 minutes. Your paneer filling should be ready. Set it aside.
- Next take a kadai and heat it. Then pour the dosa batter and spread it till it becomes thin. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to the dosa.
- After the dosa is cooked, flip it and wait until it has cooked in the other side. After the dosa is cooked in both sides, add the paneer filling in the centre. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
- Then fold the dosa and serve it along with coconut chutney.
