How to make wheat dosa at home
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- half cup rice flour
- 3 tbsp dosa batter
- 2 pieces chillies (chopped)
- 10 – 12 pieces curry leaves (chopped)
- ¼ cup coriander (chopped)
Instructions
- Take a bowl add a cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup rice flour; 3 tablespoons of dosabatter.
- Next add 2 and a half cup of water.

- Then add the chopped onions, chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves to your batter and mix it again.
- Taste it to see if the batter has the right amount of salt. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
- Next take a dosa dada and preheat it.
- Then add some oil and then spread the batter to form a thin dosa. Increase the flame to medium.
- Once the dosa is cooked in one side, you can flip it over to the next side
- Once its cooked well on both sides, you can serve it in the plate hot, along with chutney.
