wheat flour

rice flour

Instructions
Take a bowl add a cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup rice flour; 3 tablespoons of dosabatter.
Next add 2 and a half cup of water.
Then add 1/2 tablespoon of salt. And mix it well.Make sure it has a water consistency.

Then add the chopped onions, chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves to your batter and mix it again.
Taste it to see if the batter has the right amount of salt. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
Next take a dosa dada and preheat it.
Then add some oil and then spread the batter to form a thin dosa. Increase the flame to medium.
Once the dosa is cooked in one side, you can flip it over to the next side
Once its cooked well on both sides, you can serve it in the plate hot, along with chutney.
