How to make Indian tea

Materials

  • cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of black tea (loose)
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 2 pieces of cardamom
  • ½ cup of hot milk

Instructions

  • Take a tea pan and fill it with one and a half cup of water. 
  • Next add 1 tablespoon of black tea.
    Allow it to boil in low flame. 
  • While the tea is boiling you can add chopped ginger and 2 pieces of cardamom. Crush them slightly before adding it to your tea.
  •  You can also add a pinch of cinnamon to your tea. However I add only ginger and cardamom.
    Wait until the tea has boiled well. 
  • Next, take a cup and add 1/2 table spoon of jaggery( brown sugar) or white sugar. You can add more or less based on your preferences.
  • Then strain the tea for quarter to half a cup. You can then add some hot milk to your tea and stir it well with a spoon.
  • Your Indian tea is now ready.
