How to make ragi kanji

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add one tablespoon of ragi powder. Add some water and allow it to soak for 10 minutes. 
  • Next add 1 cup of water and stir the ragi
  • Place it in medium flame and stir the ragi till it boils well enough.
  • After it has boiled well enough, you can switch off the flame and set it aside so that it can cool down. Add salt based on your preferences
  • After it has cooled down, you can add some curd stir it well and you can enjoy your ragi kanji.
