Instructions
Take a bowl and add one tablespoon of ragi powder. Add some water and allow it to soak for 10 minutes.
Next add 1 cup of water and stir the ragi
Place it in medium flame and stir the ragi till it boils well enough.
After it has boiled well enough, you can switch off the flame and set it aside so that it can cool down. Add salt based on your preferences
After it has cooled down, you can add some curd stir it well and you can enjoy your ragi kanji.
